  1.  I wonder if interventions to increase diversity in medical school faculty and administrators primarily targeting physicians? 
  2. I wonder if minority and women non-physician administrators and faculty have the same rate of promotion, leadership opportunities, and retention as physician faculty and administrators in a medical school setting?
  3. I wonder how is the experience of non-physician faculty and administrators in a medical school different from physician faculty and administrators?
  4.  I wonder how to bridge the gap between PhD, EDD, and MD in a medical school setting so that each feels valued.
